Achievements

Below you will see a variety of properties we have designed and built in select locations of Cyprus. Showcased here are one bedroom apartments in Paphos and Prodromi, Polis. Three, four and five bedroom Villas in Pegeia, 3 bedroom Bungalows in Peyia and Chloraka, two and three bedroom Town Houses in Peyia, Tala and Polis.

The top middle pictures are from a ten bedroom villa in Peyia (Pegeia). This villa has been built to the highest standards on a plot of land of 11.500 square meters about 1 kilometre from the coastline. It has been landscaped with a variety of olive trees and orchards. At the far end of the plot the owners enjoy a good tennis game in their tennis court which is built to US Open standards. The swimming pool is an infinity pool and is located on the south of the villa in front of an enormous patio facing the fantastic sea views. The interior is with Italian marble. The bathrooms are with handmade showers, sinks and bath tubs. All the electrical and electronic installations are computer controlled.

The bottom right pictures are from our Zalagia villa project, Peyia. The project is of four 3 bedroom villas each having its own swimming pool. The villas are set in a quiet location and enjoy very good views of the Mediterranean Sea. Features include double glazing on windows and doors, ceramic flooring, marble staircase and built in wardrobes in all bedrooms.
