Drouseia Stone Houses- Drouseia Village- Polis area:

 Traditional materials will be used in this project so that we can give you a house as near as possible to the stone houses used by the locals through the centuries. Stone walls, traditional wooden doors and windows, wooden floor, wooden roof rafters are only an indication of the inclusions. Yet for your comfort and luxury,  a pool can be constructed in a design to blend with tradition. The project is within the Village and within walking distance from the village square. Three  3 bedroom, two story houses are under construction with comfortable large bedrooms, kitchen and sitting areas in and out of the house. A large upstairs patio can sit a large number of quests to enjoy the magnificent sea views of the Polis Bay.

Prodromi Houses & Apartments -Polis:

  Prodromi village is next to Polis on the way to Latchi and not more that 800 meters from Polis town center. The project is within the village and consists of seven two bedroom houses and six one bedroom apartments all with covered car parking all served with a communal pool. Despina 11 Project - Peyia:

 In this quiet location with outstanding sea views  near the Village of Pegeia we have 10 houses which are nearing completion. The houses are of two and three bedrooms and are with a communal pool.  The project is completed. Availability: One two bedroom house ready to move in.
